Notes for Parent/Tutor

There are two methods of addition using number bonds to simplify adding 2 numbers up to 20.

1. Add Two 1-digit numbers - Make 10 first. Use number bonds to make one number to 10.
2. Add 1-digit and 2-digit numbers - Make 2-digit number to 10 and ones. Then add the ones first.
